Grocery and Perishable Items
Returns are not accepted for grocery and perishable items, including products such as deodorants, detergents, and similar consumable goods.
However, if you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrectly delivered item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged, Expired, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
A damaged product
An expired product
An incorrect item
We will provide either a full refund or a replacement, subject to verification.

Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
For UPI and wallet transactions, refunds are generally processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
Opened or used products
Requests submitted without a valid reason
Complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
